During the holiday season, HarvestMark supports causes that are aligned with their values and vision. For the second year in a row, they funded school gardening programs. Because this was the second year, we expanded the reach of the program. Increasing the number of school gardening programs funded from 10 to 20.
In celebration of that expansion, we decided to grow the message. It seemed like the perfect way to get the word out. We believe in the gift of growing and this is just one of the many ways that HarvestMark shares that gift with others.
We worked with Tim Nakashi to create a time lapse film and website where people were able to learn more about the Gift of Growing effort. We used three DSLR cameras and shot continuously, 24 hours a day, 14 days straight to capture the 14,000 pictures that make up the final film.
